Are you a researcher, scientist, health care professional, or someone simply with something sensational they would like to communicate through art? This page will walk you through the process of how we can collaborate together.

Contact me
Send me an email, fill in the contact form on this page, or send a carrier pigeon my way. Please state who you are and very briefly what you would like to have created. I usually respond within 24 hours.

We meet
After finding a time that works best for us, I will set up a complimentary online meeting up to 60 minutes (depending on the complexity of your project) where we will discuss your exciting project in detail. If you are local to Oregon, we can even meet in person.

I send you a project proposal
To ensure that we are on the same page, I will create a project proposal that outlines the important details of your project: the target audience and main topics, a detailed illustration list, and cost. After you have signed and approved the proposal, we can move forward!

You provide the science
You will provide research materials, references, images, and important details. The better I understand the science behind your project, the smoother the collaboration.

I create the art
I will create sketches/storyboards for you to review for accuracy and satisfaction. Two round of revisions are included with each project. If you would like to change more, it is no problem, and an additional charge will be added.

I deliver the final artwork to you
Once the artwork has been finalized and approved, I will deliver it to you in your desired file format. We can celebrate a wonderful collaboration together, and ponder the positive impact of the project!
